Everything was perfect, marvellous location near the downtown area, the theatre and Edinburgh for 30 years, thoughtful staff. We had the double room which was spotless and compact with a double and twin bed.

Suite included an electric kettle, an individual safe, and central heating. The hotel had a great location, about 15 minutes' walk from the city centre.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choices. Convenient location with easy access to the train station and city center. Thoughtful amenities provided in the room. a highly recommended stay.

The staff were helpful the whole time. The hotel was set in a central area right by all bars, restaurants and shops, yet far from the bustling noise and the near by area. Also, we saw Ingleby Gallery, based relatively near the venue.

The great and fantastic location was within walking distance of Tesco Express. The breakfast was lovely, had plenty of options.

I didn't feel like leaving, spent really really nice time and recommend. Everything was perfect, helpful staff, decent location near to Portobello beach, Edinburgh House, and Edinburgh for the Rugby at Murrayfield. The breakfast was hearty and delicious with bacon and fresh fruit salad, as for instance, perfect to start my day.

The room was extremely spacious and fairly quiet and it had a little refrigerator and a TV.

The hotel was in a great and enjoyable location very close to center of Edinburgh, the Edinburgh Playhouse and Calton Hill. I had coffee at Dine Thyme, located within 5 minutes walk.

The location was perfect, really close to the tram stations, Edinburgh House and all shopping areas. There was The Walnut within walking distance of the hotel.

We loved this absolutely great hotel and recommend it. The breakfast offered lots of EXCELLENT meals. The room they gave us was large and compact with a comfortable bed, a fridge, for instance.

The breakfast is hearty and delicious for vegetarians, had brilliant food.

We had a cozy and comfortable stay at Bonnie's Guest House. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room felt spacious. The little extras like biscuits, bottled water, and chocolates made us feel truly welcomed. The breakfast selection was excellent and cooked to perfection. The location was great, with plenty of restaurants nearby. we would highly recommend this guest house for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
